Blaine Morris

Blaine Morris has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as Accounting Manager for the City of Frisco since March 2015, overseeing accounts payable and payroll, managing annual budgets, and enhancing internal controls. Previously, Blaine worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, focusing on budget forecasting, P&L management, and financial transparency while also holding roles in trade accounting with expertise in SOX compliance and ledger reconciliations. Blaine holds a BBA in Management & Marketing from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Science from Tyler Junior College.
