Matthew L.

Matthew L. is a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer with experience at the City of Fullerton since August 2022. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Geospatial Option from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
