Kevin Phillips

Kevin Phillips has served as the Chief of Police for the City of Gainesville, Texas, since March 1992, bringing over three decades of law enforcement experience to the position. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as a paramedic for CareFlite from July 1990 to March 1992. Currently, Kevin is furthering education at Midwestern State University while holding an associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from North Central Texas College.
