Carol Hsueh

Carol Hsueh has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Carol is currently serving as the HR Operations Director at the City of Garland since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for the same organization starting from June 2019. Carol has also worked as an HR Manager at DunAn Precision from November 2016 to May 2019. From October 2015 to October 2016, Carol served as an HR/Payroll Manager at Continental Foods Inc. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Director & Business Partner at R Square Inc. from January 2009 to June 2015, as an HR Manager at PruTech Solutions, Inc. from February 2007 to December 2008, and as an HR Manager at RedDot Solutions from July 2004 to January 2007. Carol has also held HR Manager positions at Comprehensive NeuroScience from April 2000 to July 2004 and Flik International from October 1998 to September 1999. Carol started their career as an HR Specialist at Nortel Networks from March 1996 to February 1998.

From 1998 to 2000, Carol Hsueh attended Manhattanville College, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources.
