Chris Harris

Chris Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property inspection and construction management. Currently serving as the Property Inspection Program Manager and previously as Code Compliance Supervisor for the City of Garland since March 2010, Chris Harris has demonstrated expertise in overseeing compliance and inspection activities. Prior roles include Assistant Superintendent at Trammell Crow Residential, Project Manager/Superintendent at Great American Restaurant Company, and Finish Superintendent at The Hanover Company. Chris Harris holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an Associate of Science from Dallas College.
