Sharon Bailey

Sharon Bailey is a seasoned financial manager with over 25 years of experience in public sector finance. Currently serving as the Water Utilities Financial Manager for the City of Garland since February 2012, Sharon previously held the position of Senior Budget Analyst for the same city from June 2004 to January 2011. Earlier in their career, Sharon was a Budget Analyst for the City of Mesquite from May 1998 to May 2004 and worked in the Accounting Department for the City of Mesquite from September 1994 to May 1998. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Amberton University, earned between 1998 and 2000, and attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 1978 to 1980.
