Mike Palazzolo

Mike Palazzolo has over 25 years of experience in public service, currently serving as the Mayor of Germantown, TN, after a distinguished career that includes roles as city commissioner, alderman, and vice mayor. Beginning their civic engagement in 1996 as a graduate of Leadership Germantown, Mike has contributed to various boards and commissions, focusing on advocacy, policy development, and strategic decision-making. Prior to their public service, Mike held senior management positions at First Horizon Bank, specializing in treasury management. Mike's educational background includes a BA in History and International Studies from Rhodes College, along with advanced leadership and public service training from several prestigious institutions.
