LeeAnn McPhillips possesses extensive experience in public administration and human resources, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Assistant City Administrator and previously holding the roles of Administrative Services & Human Resources Director/Risk Manager and Human Resources Director/Risk Manager at the City of Gilroy since June 1999. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager/Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Morgan Hill from July 1990 to June 1999. LeeAnn earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Administration from San Jose State University.
