Dr Paul Little CBE has an extensive work experience that includes various leadership roles in different organizations. Dr Paul Little is currently a Freeman at the City of London Corporation and a Liveryman at The Worshipful Company of Shipwrights. In the past, they served as the Principal and Chief Executive at City of Glasgow College, leading the institution to world-class status and receiving numerous accolades. Dr Little also held positions such as the UK Chair of Shipbuilding Skills Task Force at the National Shipbuilding Office and Strategic Advisor at RNSSC. Dr Paul Little has been actively involved in the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, serving as Past President, 133rd President, Deputy President, and Director. Additionally, Dr Little held roles at Colleges Scotland, Royal Navy, EFQM, and Glasgow Partnership for Economic Growth, contributing to the development and growth of these organizations.

Dr. Paul Little CBE has a diverse education history. Dr Paul Little completed an Advanced Management Graduate program at Harvard Business School in 2015. Dr Paul Little received a Doctor of Science degree from Amet University Chennai in 2019. In 2005, they studied Government at Harvard Kennedy School and also obtained certificates in Leader as Coach and Line Manager as Coach from Lancaster University. Dr Paul Little earned a Principal's Professional Certificate in strategy from the University of Warwick in 2003. Dr. Little completed a Postgraduate diploma in Organisational Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2000 and received training in Global Leadership from IMD in 1998. Dr Paul Little holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership from Ulster University, which they completed between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate certificate in change management from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 1997 and a certificate in Leadership for Extraordinary Performance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 1996. Furthermore, they have a Professional certificate in Advertising Marketing PR & the Law from Queen's University Belfast (1988-1989), a Post-graduate Art Teachers Diploma from Ulster University (1987-1988), a BA First Class Honours degree in fine art from Ulster University (1983-1986), and a Foundation certificate in Art & Design from Ulster Polytechnic (1982-1983).
