Holly Young has been working in the training and organizational development field for over 20 years. Holly started their career as an Inside Sales Representative for Foremost Insurance before moving into the learning and development realm with Farmers Insurance Company. For the last four years, they have been with Aurikk Brand Movement Group as an Organizational Strategist. In their current role as Training and Organizational Manager at City of Grand Rapids, they are responsible for designing and delivering training programs that support the organizational goals of the City. Holly is a motivated strategist who is always looking for ways to make a positive impact on brands in the marketplace.

Holly Young completed a Bachelor's degree in English/Education at Grand Valley State University. Holly then went on to study Psychology at Calvin University, completing their degree in that field.
