Nicole Pfeifle

Nicole Pfeifle is currently a Code Compliance Officer II at the City of Grand Rapids. Nicole has previous experience as a property manager, front desk supervisor, recreation intern, and marketing intern.

Nicole Pfeifle has been in the customer service industry for many years. Nicole started out as a marketing intern at the Charlevoix Convention and Visitor's Bureau. Nicole then became a recreation intern at Sunriver Resort. After that, they were a front desk supervisor at Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown.

Pfeifle's most recent position before their current one was as a property manager at Rent Blu Property Management. There they managed 200+ commercial and residential units in the Grand Rapids area. Pfeifle was also responsible for supervising a staff of 3-6 employees, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, issuing lease violation notices, coordinating all maintenance requests with vendors and residents, approving and coordinating bi-weekly payroll, scheduling and attending City inspections, preparing professional letters and emails to tenants, vendor, owners, etc., managing City of Grand Rapids rental registrations, determining lease renewal rates and terms, on-boarding new investors, effectively resolving tenant/owner complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to all.

Nicole Pfeifle has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University. Nicole also has a certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics and a certification from the American Heart Association's Professional Education Center in CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
