Taylor Tobias

Taylor Tobias currently serves as the Recreation Superintendent for the City of Grandview Heights, overseeing a team of three full-time programmers and managing the department's annual operating budget since August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Recreation Programmer, Special Events Assistant Coordinator at the City of Worthington, and various coaching and supervisory positions in gymnastics and recreation programs. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Otterbein University and has demonstrated expertise in event planning, budget management, program development, and staff supervision across multiple recreation settings, consistently enhancing community engagement and youth offerings.
