Romelio Boykin

Romelio Boykin, MBA-HRM, serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Hampton since May 2022, following a role as a Human Resources Generalist on the HRBT Expansion Project from February to May 2022. Prior experience includes Sr Human Resources and Area Manager positions at Amazon from October 2020 to February 2022, and various roles at Hilton Grand Vacations from April 2018 to October 2020, culminating as Team Lead Trainer. Earlier in the career, Romelio worked as a Server at Panda Restaurant Group from October 2016 to April 2018. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Saint Leo University, a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Lake-Sumter State College, and an Associate of Arts in General Education, also from Lake-Sumter State College.
