Charlotte Williams

Charlotte Williams currently serves as the Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilwoman for the City of Hickory, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Charlotte Williams was an Associate Dean and Professor at Lenoir-Rhyne University from August 1999 to July 2020. Charlotte Williams holds two Master's degrees from the University of Chicago, one in Social Work/Public Policy and another in Arts. Additionally, Charlotte Williams received education from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
