Will Hamblin

Will Hamblin is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the public utilities sector and construction management. Currently serving as the Public Utilities Director and Construction Project Manager for the City of Hickory since May 2021, Will has previously held significant roles including Civil Engineer at Atriax Group from April 2014 to May 2021, Project Manager/Estimator at Hickory Construction Company from May 2013 to April 2014, and Project Engineer at M.B. Kahn Construction from September 2010 to May 2013. Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 2009.
