Randy Katz

Randy Katz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Randy started their career as a Physician at Maimonides Medical Center in 1999 before moving on to work as a Physician at SAINT BARNABAS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FOUNDATION INC from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Memorial Healthcare System, where they held various roles including Emergency Medicine Physician, Associate Medical Director, Department Chairman, and Core Faculty in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Randy also served as the District Medical Director and Associate District Medical Director for Emergency Services at Memorial Healthcare System. Randy Katz has also worked as a Medical Director at Global Medical Response and as an Attending Physician at TeamHealth. In addition to their medical roles, they have experience in the real estate industry as the President of JGR Capital Real Estate Group. In 2014, they became the Medical Director and later the Chief Medical Officer at the City of Hollywood, Florida. Since 2019, Randy Katz has also been an Associate Medical Director at CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES FIRE/RESCUE. Randy is also a Co-Founder and CMO of MD Testing Solutions since 2020.

Randy Katz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Florida from 1991 to 1995. Randy then pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University between 1995 and 1999, focusing on the field of Medicine.

In 2022, Randy Katz enrolled at the FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management. Randy is expected to complete this program in 2023.

In addition to their academic degrees, Randy Katz has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business. Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained a HubSpot Certification from the same institution, along with a CMS Certification in Medicare Fraud and Abuse Prevention, Detection, and Reporting from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. Randy also acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - level 1 from FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business in the same year.
