Nicole W. Daniels

Nicole W. Daniels, MJ-LEL, BSHRM, serves as the Human Resources Officer for the City of Hoover since December 2021, while also founding and leading HR OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS, LLC since June 2018. With previous roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at SHA and HR Generalist at The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District, Nicole possesses extensive experience in human resources, offering full-cycle HR support and consulting services. Educational credentials include a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Birmingham-Southern College. Additionally, Nicole operates as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since March 2020.
