Prior positions include Director of Corporate and Business Operations at the Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center and Principal Consultant/Program Manager at McKean Defense Group, demonstrating a strong background in strategic oversight and project management within the naval maintenance sector. Kevin Taylor's previous leadership roles encompass senior positions at Cleveland Clinic, Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, and U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility, showcasing extensive experience in both healthcare and military construction and operations. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
