Lloyd Silberstein serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Construction and Planning Officer at City of Hope, a role established to oversee a $2 billion capital program and strategic planning for growth at the Duarte campus and beyond. Prior to this position, Lloyd was the Vice President and Executive Director of Capital Construction and Facilities Management Services at the University of Southern California, where significant building projects were undertaken. Lloyd's experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Director at URS Corporation, leading a transformative $6 billion program for the Los Angeles Community College District, and holding senior leadership roles at Parsons, Tamkin Development, Lehrer McGovern Bovis, and CRSS. Lloyd Silberstein holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Florida and has completed MBA studies in Business and Finance at the University of Houston.
