Beth Kivett has extensive experience in program coordination and community recreation. Currently serving as the Hopkins Activity Center Program Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator for the City of Hopkins since May 2008, Kivett previously worked as a Recreation Specialist for the City of Steamboat Springs, CO, from August 2004 to March 2007. Prior experience includes the role of Programs & Grants Coordinator at Denver Urban Gardens, where responsibilities included managing a $500,000 annual operating budget and overseeing various gardening programs. Kivett holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from the University of Oregon and an Associate's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Winona State University.
