Don Millard

Don Millard possesses extensive experience in zoning and code enforcement, currently serving as Manager of Zoning and Code Enforcement for the City of Huber Heights since May 2008, overseeing the administration of various codes and supervising Code Enforcement Officers. Previously, Don Millard held roles at Montgomery County Environmental Services, including Inspector II, where inspections of water and sanitary sewer installations were conducted to ensure regulatory compliance, and Customer Service Field Representative, addressing customer inquiries related to water and sewer issues. Don Millard's educational background includes studies at Wright State University from 1972 to 1974.
