Brent Slott

Brent Slott is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Network Administrator for the City of Huntsville, Texas, since September 2007. In this role, Brent has designed, implemented, and maintained the city's LAN and WAN network infrastructure, utilizing technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Brocade, and Palo Alto Firewalls, as well as managing the business virtual server infrastructure through VMware and HPE solutions. Prior to this, Brent held positions as a Systems Analyst and Help Desk Analyst, providing critical support for servers and IT services to city personnel. Brent's earlier experience includes leading back room operations as an Executive Team Lead at Target and providing technical support at Sam Houston State University. Brent holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Sam Houston State University.
