Mindy McDonough

Mindy McDonough is an experienced regulatory compliance professional currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Manager for the City of Hutto, focusing on the Stormwater Management Program since February 2023. With a long tenure at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality since September 2000, Mindy has held various positions, including Senior Stormwater Investigator and Senior Air Quality Investigator. Previous experience includes a role as Non-Profit Administrative and Development Assistant at Honduras Good Works and as an Environmental Health Specialist at the Galveston County Health District.
