Rebecca Kiernan

Rebecca Kiernan is an experienced municipal professional currently serving as City Clerk for the City of Inver Grove Heights since December 2019. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked with Dakota County from October 2013 to December 2019 as an Elections Specialist and Senior Elections Technician, focusing on training municipal clerks and election judges. Earlier positions include serving as an HRA Accounting Specialist for the City of Fridley from July 2009 to October 2013 and as a Special Assessment/Property Data Specialist for the City of Lakeville from June 2000 to March 2009. Rebecca holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Dakota County Technical College (1989-1991) and furthered education at Metro State University from 2011 to 2015.
