Amy Tran

Amy Tran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amy began their career as an Account Executive Intern at OmniPlatform in 2014. Amy then worked as an Agency Assistant and later as a Client Experience Administrator at MetLife from 2015 to 2016. Amy continued their administrative work at MassMutual Greater Pacific as a Client Experience Administrator in 2016-2017, where they also contributed to creating a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Amy gained experience in the financial industry as a Staff Partner at Lisa Tran - Northwestern Mutual in 2017, where they supported a team of financial advisors and improved client satisfaction through excellent customer service. Amy then transitioned to the dental industry, working as a Payer Contracting and Credentialing Specialist at Smile Brands Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Amy provided support in acquiring and maintaining professional licenses and credentials for dental practitioners. Amy expanded their skill set in development and database management at Human Options, Inc. as a Development and Database Associate from 2019 to 2021, where they collaborated with key teams to improve data capture processes and enhance reporting capabilities. Currently, they are an Office Specialist in the Human Resources department at the City of Irvine, starting in 2023.

Currently, Amy is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at California Baptist University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
