In June 2021, they completed courses such as "Adding Value through Diversity," "Become a Better Coach for Your Team," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Project Leadership." In May 2021, they successfully finished the courses "Leading Projects" and "Speaking Confidently and Effectively." Additionally, Steven obtained a Private Pilots License from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in November 2007.
