Mike Williams

Mike Williams is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human & Cultural Services for the City of Jackson, Mississippi, since March 2023. With extensive experience in leading cultural programs, promoting community engagement, and developing talent, Mike Williams is dedicated to enhancing access to cultural services while advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Mike Williams held the position of Managing Director at the Russell C. Davis Planetarium from June 2016 to April 2023. Mike Williams holds a degree from Jackson State University, where education was completed from 1997 to 2001.
