Ricardo Pizarro

Ricardo Pizarro serves as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Neptune Beach since 2023 and has held roles at the City of Jacksonville Beach since October 2016, including System Engineer and System Administrator. Prior experience includes positions as an IT Professional at Diversified Port Holdings LLC and iON Management for brief periods in late 2015. Ricardo's career in IT began as an IT Support Specialist at DataSearch from June 2001 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a certification in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Anne Arundel Community College, completed between 2005 and 2007.
