Abbey Reece Mpa

Abbey Reece, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager and Director of Strategic Services for the City of Justin, a position held since March 2017. With a comprehensive background in city management, Abbey has effectively managed assignments for the City Manager, facilitated communication between various stakeholders, and overseen project management and analysis. Previous roles include Management Analyst and City Management Intern, where Abbey developed skills in budget preparation, policy analysis, and community outreach. Abbey's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Global Studies from Texas Wesleyan University. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Program Assistant, focusing on youth empowerment and leadership initiatives.
