Jarrod Greenwood

Jarrod Greenwood is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as City Manager for the City of Justin since May 2023. Previously, Jarrod held the position of Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Westlake from August 2003 to November 2022. Jarrod's career in public administration began as a Construction Inspector for the City of Haltom City, followed by a role as Crew Leader at the City of Keller. Additional experience includes serving as a Utility System Operator with Blue Mound Water and as a Meter Clerk for the City of Antlers. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from the University of North Texas.
