Robert Woods Jr.

Robert Woods Jr., MS, MS, currently serves as the NCAP and Community Engagement Manager for the City of Kansas City, MO, where responsibilities include managing the City Dumpster program and coordinating litter abatement teams that have removed over 295,000 pounds of trash. Previously, Robert held roles at Waffle House, Inc., including District Manager and Unit Manager, overseeing multiple store operations and focusing on employee development and customer service. Additionally, Robert completed a graduate practicum at Arkansas Tech University, contributing to best practices for student conduct and retention strategies for African-American males at predominantly white institutions. Robert holds two master's degrees in Kinesiology and College Student Personnel, as well as a bachelor's degree in Wellness Science from Arkansas Tech University.
