Sarah Smith is a skilled Senior Engineering (GIS) Technician with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and engineering support. Since January 2015, Sarah has been maintaining the ArcGIS feature class for impervious surfaces at the City of Kansas City, MO.
