Angie Tredway, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in establishing and managing Human Resources departments across various organizations. Currently serving as the Retired HR Professional and formerly the Director of Human Resources for the City of Katy, Angie played a key role in creating a formal HR department for the municipality, which experienced a significant 65% employee growth over seven years. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Plains All American, where Angie managed a team of seven while overseeing employee relations, compliance, and talent management for a large multi-state oil and gas company. Angie also held HR positions at Auchan, U.S.A., Inc., and Dynacare-Hermann Lab Services, contributing to HR policy development and departmental growth in each organization.
