Stephanie Lucash currently serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Kenmore, overseeing various departments including economic development, public safety, and housing services since June 2021. Previously, Stephanie held the role of Assistant City Manager in Kenmore, focusing on affordable housing initiatives. Stephanie's experience also includes serving as the Director of Citywide HR Planning and Innovation for the City of Seattle, where efforts were made to establish a shared governance model for human resources. Before that, Stephanie contributed to King County in various managerial roles, addressing employee development and implementing service improvements. Additional roles included Assistant City Manager in Covington and marketing leadership at the University of Washington. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Editorial Journalism from the University of Washington, along with extensive leadership training.
