John Schultheis P.e.

John Schultheis, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in site and civil design, permitting, and construction administration. Currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Kingston, NY since September 2018, John has held various prominent roles including Project Manager at Dewberry and Senior Project Manager at Florida Engineering Group, Inc. Previous positions also include Planning Engineer and acting City Engineer for the City of Sanford, where John oversaw land development code requirements, and Principal at Schultheis Engineering. Additional experience encompasses vice presidency at CSI Engineering, project management at CPH Engineers, and project engineering at Parker Design Group, Inc. John began their career as an Engineer in the County of Roanoke, focusing on drainage improvements. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, John holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
