Andrew Reeson

Andrew Reeson is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for the City of Kingston since August 2015, Andrew has also held the position of Associate Legal Counsel within the same organization. Additionally, Andrew serves as Director at the John Howard Society of Kingston, a role held since 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Grievance Officer for the Ontario Public Service Employees Union and practicing as a Barrister & Solicitor in private practice. Andrew's career began at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice & Attorney General as Crown Counsel. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Calgary.
