Vahid Behroozabadi

Vahid Behroozabadi is a highly skilled UX Designer and Digital Content Analyst with extensive experience in user research and product design across various sectors. Currently employed at the City of Kingston since September 2022, Vahid focuses on enhancing the MyKingston portal through detailed customer journey mapping and UX metrics. Previous roles include UX Design Consultant for ISM Arts & Culture, where Vahid contributed to the Black Founders Hub program, and UI/UX Designer at Brokrete, overseeing the design of a demo dashboard and enhancing user experiences for e-commerce solutions in the construction industry. Vahid also co-founded an AR Mobile Application for a rug e-commerce platform and held several positions in digital marketing and management, demonstrating a strong foundation in both design and strategic business operations. Vahid holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Systems Design from Amirkabir University of Technology.
