Jessica Winter

Jessica Winter is an experienced Communications Manager at the City of Kirkwood, Missouri, since November 2020, and serves as a Wedding Officiant for Mystery of Love Ministry, providing custom ceremonies for all couples since July 2003. Jessica has held various roles in sales and design, including Sales Associate at The Great Frame Up and Trade Representative at Restoration Hardware. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Westwood College and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Western Governors University, Jessica combines a strong background in communication, design, and customer service.
