David Godwaldt

David Godwaldt is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as Manager of Employee Relations and Recruitment at the City of Kitchener since December 2020, David has previously held significant positions, including General Manager of Human Resources at the City of Guelph and Manager of Compensation/Organizational Design at the City of Hamilton. David's career began at Brant Community Healthcare System, where extensive experience in human resources strategy and administration was developed over 13 years. David holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from Niagara College and has further education from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and McMaster University.
