Jacqueline M. Young is an accomplished Office Systems Specialist with extensive experience in information technology and support services. Currently employed at the City of Kitchener since August 2022, Jacqueline previously held the position of IT Site Operations Lead at RL Canning, managing IT service operations for Honeywell Aerospace in Cambridge, Ontario. Earlier roles include Technology Consultant at ARC Systems, Computer Systems Specialist at the University of Waterloo, and Service Desk Analyst at CarePartners, where Jacqueline developed a strong background in hardware infrastructure, software support, network troubleshooting, and project management.
