Spencer Keane

Spencer Keane is an experienced Traffic Engineer currently employed by the City of Kyle, TX since January 2023. Prior to this role, Spencer held several positions in transportation engineering, including Transportation Engineer IV and Design Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation from July 2020 to January 2023, and Engineer-Traffic Studies at Maricopa County Department of Transportation from October 2018 to June 2020. Responsibilities included composing signing and striping plans, reviewing transportation improvement projects, and addressing public concerns related to traffic.
