Deena Drumgo

Deena Drumgo currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Lake Wales since March 2023 and is an Adjunct Professor at Polk State College, teaching courses in Public Administration and Human Resource Management. Previous roles include Community Redevelopment Agency & Neighborhood Programs Manager for the City of Winter Haven, where responsibilities included managing redevelopment districts and overseeing housing initiatives, and Town Manager for the Town of Dundee, where policy implementation and budget management were key functions. Early career experience encompasses various positions in the City of Fort Meade and the City of Polk City, focusing on recreational services, human resources, and grant writing. Deena Drumgo holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from Wright State University.
