Adam Francis

Adam Francis possesses extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as the Network and Security Administrator for the City of Lakeland, TN since July 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Apple, including Genius and Technical Specialist, from April 2017 to December 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T and Inventory Control Manager at Amro Music Stores, Inc. Adam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Tennessee at Martin, with further academic pursuits at Southern New Hampshire University from 2023 to 2025.
