Christopher R. McKay

Christopher R. McKay is an experienced Information Security Analyst currently employed by the City of Lakeland, responsible for managing the "Threat & Vulnerability Management Program" and "Managing Human Risk Program." Prior positions include serving in the same role at Polk County BoCC and as a Research Analyst at Funding the Future. At FieldCore, Christopher developed the organization’s inaugural Threat and Vulnerability Management program, enhancing program maturity using CMMI processes and security tools. Earlier experience at Granite Services, Inc. involved IT Organizational Change Management and Technical Support, where Christopher created a global Change Management Vision Statement and improved support frameworks. Christopher holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Metropolitan University.
