Justin O'Shea

Justin O'Shea currently serves as Fire Marshal for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Justin O'Shea held various positions at the Lancaster City Bureau of Fire, including Fire Captain, Lieutenant, and Firefighter from December 2012 to November 2022. Justin O'Shea also has military experience as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from January 2003 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a degree in Emergence Leadership Program, Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School (2019-2020), a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Fire and Emergency Services from Anna Maria College (2015-2017), a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Central Penn College (2012-2014), and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College (2010-2013).
