Howard L. Zimmerman

Howard L. Zimmerman, FAIA has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Howard L. is currently serving as a Board Member for Educational Alliance and 14th Street Y. In 1981, they founded Howard L. Zimmerman Architects & Engineers, P.C. and continues to hold the position of Founder and President. Additionally, Zimmerman served as Vice President for Metropolitan Executive Alliance, a membership organization for business owners and senior decision-makers. Howard L. has also lectured at New York University as a guest lecturer for the Real Estate Institute, and at The New School as an Adjunct Professor for Real Estate: Adaptive Re-Use. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Professor at City College of New York in the School of Architecture. Overall, Zimmerman's work experience demonstrates their expertise in architecture, engineering, and leadership roles in various organizations.

Howard L. Zimmerman, FAIA, pursued their education in architecture at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Master's degree from 1973 to 1975. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Urban Landscape Architecture at The City College of New York from 1969 to 1973.
