Heather Gabbert

Heather Gabbert is a highly experienced Geographic Information Systems Technician with the City of Leavenworth, Kansas, since February 2019, and also serves as an Inspection Clerk II. In addition to their role in local government, Heather co-owns Kahloreo Ornaments, established in October 2015. Previous experience includes positions as a Customer Support Representative at Emser Tile from May 2017 to February 2019, Operations Manager at TJ Maxx from November 2013 to May 2017, and Product Support Specialist at Garmin International between June 2012 and November 2013. Heather is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at Northwest Missouri State University, set to graduate in August 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Kansas and an Associate's degree from Missouri Western State University.
