Chris Tobin

Chris Tobin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Leduc since November 2015, Chris has previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Athabasca University and Stuart Olson Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at Pronghorn Controls. Chris's early career includes significant roles in Northern Transportation Company Limited, TCT Logistics Inc., and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, demonstrating a strong commitment to HR practices over a span of more than three decades. Chris holds a Queen's Certificate in Labour Relations and Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and additional educational credentials from St. Francis Xavier University, The University of Lethbridge, and The University of Manchester.
