Chris Willis

Chris Willis currently serves as Assistant Fire Chief at the City of Leon Valley since January 2024 and has been part of the Leon Valley Fire Department as a Firefighter/Licensed Paramedic and MIH Coordinator since March 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Reservist-IMT with BCFS Health & Human Services from May 2020 to March 2024 and serving as Assistant Fire Chief and Training Captain/EMS Administrator at District 7 Fire Rescue from November 2011 to December 2019. Chris Willis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fire and EMS Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, completed in 2019, and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Affairs from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, earned in 2022.
