Katelyn Hearon

Katelyn Hearon serves as the Utilities Manager and Environmental Control Services Manager for the City of Lewisville, overseeing six divisions including federally regulated laboratories and environmental programs. Katelyn has demonstrated leadership by supervising and developing teams of full-time staff, including technology and inspection roles. As the Co-Founder and Instructional Lead of H2Online Training LLC, Katelyn has authored continuing education courses for water and wastewater license holders. Prior experience includes work as an Instrument Analyst at Texas Analytical Laboratories for Environmental Management, Inc., where sample analyses and lab operations were managed, alongside a marketing internship at St. Jude Medical. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Austin College.
